i have a boyfriend and i feel like he is loosing his feelings for me and i want to gain it back what can i do

If he's losing feelings for you, then something exciting needs to happen. He's probably bored of the usual dates, talking on the phone, hanging out, etc. Offer to do something exciting, like a really nice out-of-the-ordinary place to hang out. Go mini golfing, ice skating, etc. Or simply talk to him about it and ask how he feels. He may just be upset about something and not want to talk to anyone. Communication is the key!
