ummm be a little more specific cuz i can't even tell if this is a joke.

Some people can't help being 'fat' they're just built different. Try getting a new nutritious eating habit. Trainers have specific meals that can help you have a lot of protein and to have a steady diet. Remember that its better to eat a lot of healthy stuff than nothing at all... you HAVE to eat. In fact you burn more calories eating than doing most other things... healthy foods keep those calories off.

Just find a sport that you like and have fun with it. You don't neccesarily even have to join a league if you don't have time for that. Just go outside and shoot some hoops or play catch every week. But most important you must accept who you are and then set a realistic goal. So get off this dang computer right now, grab an apple, and swim some laps.
