ok im 14/f and im going to high skool next year and i would like some exersizis (sp) for my arms legs and i wana get abs by the end of augest can u plz help i rate high <3xoxo

possibly some push ups
when you get to high school ( which is a blast) get involved with after school activities. ( like sports) and just clubs fast way to meet friends.. and of course your sports will help you to be happy with your needs of exercise.
