a work out plane ok im 14/f and im going to high skool next year and i would like some exersizis (sp) for my arms legs and i wana get abs by the end of augest can u plz help i rate high <3xoxo

Run and walk alot for your legs
Push up and sit ups for your abs and arms

when you get to high school ( which is a blast) get involved with after school activities. ( like sports) and just clubs fast way to meet friends.. and of course your sports will help you to be happy with your needs of exercise.
I'm in colorguard.. its fun and its a challenge but being outside in the heat will help you get in shape.. bc they do drills ALOT. So if your hs has band (which it probably will) try colorguard. If you want. ]
I do crunches, sit-ups, push-ups, and run a mile a day, drink water, eat more portions of less food. It works I promise. ]
ALRIGHT, crunches, leg lifts(lay down and lift your legs up about an intch), joging, push ups, pull ups, and any sports expesiallly swimming. ]
You can lift weight or do push ups to tone your arms. Running or jogging and doing squats, lunges, and leg lifts will tone your legs. Doing crunches and sit ups will tone your abdominal. If you want more exercises, go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location). ]
