what does this mean

okay I have a advice column and I just now got on it and i was on my column and last time it said I had a 4.86 and mow it says I have a 4.8 does that mean the same thing has a four point eighty because I just got rated a five and went and check and it said I had a 4.8

please help me I will rate high

Your rating will fluctuate anytime you are rated. It will go up and down constantly. I'm not real sure how it works...I'm a mathematical idiot, but don't worry about it to much. Just give your best advice and you'll do fine. Check FAQ for the rating details. :)
