Right-click the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop and click properties to bring up the internet properties screen. On the General tab near the bottom is a button that says clear history, click it. It would probably be a good idea to also hit the delete cookies and delete files buttons since even though you've deleted the history, cookies and temp files from the site may still remain. Hit ok to close the screen.

To make sure it doesn't happen again, put a password on your screen name or change your existing password to something others do not know.
