I have this big cross country race on Sunday(2morrow) and i am so nervous got any good ideas to calm my nerves ?thanks!!I rate ^^

ok well to start with you need to have confidence...tell yourself that you're a great rider...believe....that you can do it.... (i know that this may sound lame>)you can meditate, or take deep breathes it really helps me to do these things...by the was race by foot? cycle? horse? what? advicegal26
