Ever since I was a baby, my face has always been chubby, even though the rest of me isn't. Not that Nicole Richie had a fat face before, but I've noticed her face has become a lot slimmer after she lost all of that weight. So i was wondering, how much weight would i need to lose for my face to be noticebly slimmer as well? (I'm 16, 5'6", and 125 lbs)

My face isnt FAT or anything. It's just a little more rounder and chubbier than other people's..

Well the thing is you dont need to lose anymore weight. an amount bout 125?! that's amazing for me already. if the rest of your body is good enough then dont get anymore skinnier or else you'll look like a body bag full with bones.
why do you want to lose the chubbiness off your cheeks anyways?

Please don't try to loose weight. You are a very healthy weight for your hieght and age and probably look very good. (And chances are, as you are already rather light, loosing weight wouldn't change your face much)

Your best best is too drink more water and play around with your makeup (Take another look at Nicole and you'll also notice a huge difference in the blending on her checks and around her eyes as well)

I have a kind of chubby face but i'm not going to try and loose weight to fix it, and neither should you. You shouldnt look to someone famous to try and relate yourself to, because chances are that they had surgery or lost TOO MUCH weight to fix their problem. Try different hair styles. I found that my face looks slimmer when i DONT straighten my hair or when i just leave it down and curly (although your hair may be naturally straight) Dont try to loose weight to fix your problem. Thats not the answer.

I do not advise you to try losing weight. You would need to shed too much to make any difference to your face. At your age your body is still developing in various way's, including skeletal. Dont rush thing's, there is still time for your face to alter naturally, unless of course it's in your genetic makeup to look as you do.

Well if your healthy and if it isn't fat then I would just lear to love it! If You still hate when you become a lot older you could get surgery to fix it! Stay healthy, eat right, and workout!

my face is too and i often wonder this question once i went anorexic for about 2 weeks then i found it was stupid... i would not care about my looks so much and go on with life or ask your parents or someone what would be a healthy diet to go on but i dont think that you'll have to loose much weight (2-6)@ the max. ***hopeihelped***

If your body is thinner you really shouldn't do anything. The weight you are right now is perfect and most 16 yr olds prob. wish they could be the weight. So, I think you should talk to your mom or someone close... they can help too!

your in good shape. You shouldn't have to lose weight. But if it's something yoy want then okay i understand. But please dont lose so much weight till you look anarecsic (however u spell it). Lose about 5-10 pounds then you should be straight. tell me how it works out. and if you need someone to ask about how to lose that weight then ask your advice columnist hope. :)

You'll get a lean look, a healthy glow and encouragement to continue toward your objective. Make sure to give yourself one last look in the mirror before you start you won't be seeing that same reflection much longer! So basically try to lose a bout 5-8 pounds... hope this helps


The 7 Step Plan:

1. Drink at least nine 8-ounce glasses of water a day.
2. Eat at least three servings of fruits and three servings of vegetables every day.
3. Just say no to alcohol.
4. Increase your intake of calcium
5. Every day, cut 250 calories and burn 250 calories.
6. Hold The Salt.
7. Do Strength Training
