ok so im 5'4 and weigh a 112-115 punds ... is this normal or should be around 108 and maybe 110...but just to let you no .. i got some junk in the trunk (like alot) and i have a good size chest (34B)i no im not fat because you can see a six pack on me .. but am i wrong?? help please!
i think that your weight is fine. and if you can see a six pack on you then your not fat at all. if you think that you got a lot of junk in the trunk and you dont like it you could always work out to get rid of some of it.
JustAskAlli answered Friday July 15 2005, 1:33 pm: Fat ? lol, no. Unless your overweight.. know how much ur supposed to weight at whatever your height is.. and if your above it, then you could consider yourself fat. But i dont think anyones "fat" personally.
ThugGirl041790 answered Friday July 15 2005, 1:13 pm: Sounds like your body is fine.. junk in trunk is good and so is havin a decent size chest.. and six pack isnt bad.. so i dont think nothing is wrong with your weight it could be muscle.. muscle weighs more then fat hun.. ♥ Dez [ ThugGirl041790's advice column | Ask ThugGirl041790 A Question ]

Cathryn answered Friday July 15 2005, 11:37 am: No this is normale i would just try to lose mady 5 pounds tops then you will be in the best shape you can be in.
IndieKidsCanRock answered Friday July 15 2005, 11:16 am: ♥No, you're perfect. Actually, you can gain a few pounds and still be perfect. The average weight for 5"4 is about 130 pounds, you're all good. You have a six pack, you obviously aren't fat. Sounds like you have a perfect body, keep up what you're doing.
