DOes anyone know how to get taller I'm 5'1 and I wanna be 5'3 by the end of the summer please help!

There really isn't much you can do, Hun. Eating a healthy balanced diet will add to the mixture, of course. But then there's the pesky genetics, which play a MAJOR role. Look at your parents, for example. Are they tall people? USUALLY, NOT always, but USUALLY.. if your parents [either one or two] are tall.. your chances are GREATLY increased. Or perhaps a better way to look at it... view an older sibling of the same sex [if you have one?] Look how they've grown, and ASSUME you'll be around the same height was you've hit THEIR current age. Sorrie I can't be of more help here. Fact of the matter is that there isn't much TO DO, ya know?? :)

Eat well (especially food that contain protein, like meat and milk), exercise a lot (sports that involve jumping, like basketball or jumping rope work well), and wear high heels for now. Also, if you only wear one colour at once, you'll look taller.

They do have a medicine that makes you grow but its very unhealthy so dont go for that. Just like the way you are cause your that height for a reason. And if its to impress some one or make them like you please thats just stupid. Good luck though

you cant make your body get taller maybe if you go to one of those torture chambers they can put you on the strecher (lol) i dont think you wanna do that well hope i helped and if you have ne more questions just drop em in my inbox

No, really I'm being serious here. There's a girl at my school, she's really pretty, and really sweet (to most people) And her mom wanted her to be a model when she was younger, so every year since like 6th grade she would go to the doctors and get shots to make her boobs grow and to make herself taller.
