MartiniKisses23 answered Friday July 15 2005, 2:12 pm: Yeah I tried that too, and myself also got VERY dizzy and i felt sick all the time. But what I think you should do is start out small because you havent been eating a lot so you should start out with smaller portions of food liek salads or even pizza untill you get back to a regular eating basis. Then that is when you can start your diet again. When you get back up to the right eating habits then you can start eating salads, pastas, and you can basicly eat almost anything you want (besides like fast food etc.) just cut down the portions in half. Drink lots of water, and milk. I dont recomend diet soda either because all they use is fake sugars. And then start a regular excerise program. Go to www.toneteen.com and they have lots of teenage excersise ideas! I hope I helped and again i am soo sorry this took me forever to answer! ♥Andie [ MartiniKisses23's advice column | Ask MartiniKisses23 A Question ]
