Plan a romantic night, unless he remembered he might've planned something already. Just buy him something that is romantic/sweet that you know he will like and most likely he planned a special night for you two.

you can always make him a candle-lit dinner

Take him to his Favorite Place to eat and get something made with you and his name in it and give it to him

cook for him because guys like food. lol

write him a really sweet note telling him how happy you are that you two are together. and how much you care for him and love him. tell him the inside jokes you two have, and your most favorite memories. you could give him a sting or something that has your perfume sprayed on it! :) so he can always "sence" your presence. even when you arnt around. get your fav. picture of you two together, and put it in a cute little frame.
I have done all of this for my boyfriend, and we have been together a few days shy of a year and a half. so, obviously it all worked, and we are stil together going strong!
