How do I get a girl to discuss her underwear with me?
She won’t give me a guided your of her undies drawer or tell me what she’s wearing and I’m genuinely interested.
I can already handle bras with ease but but I want to get my hands further down.

Uh.. you don't. If and when she wanrts to give a "tour" of her underwear drawer (whatever that means... I mean, do you get t-shirts afterwards? Like "I took a tour of Q's underwear drawer and all I got was this lousy t-shirt?) she will.

maybe shes not ready for to go further down. just give her time talk to her about it and ask if its ok or start making out with her and gently slide ur hands down and see if she backs away and if she doesnt keep going. but most of all maybe she just doesnt want to go any further and all you have to do is wait.
