alright this is sad...but im not gunna be a bitch about it..and i normally wouldnt help people with this but this is the last time ima do it..beacause *wanting* to become a punk just annoys me..alright here we go..
for the baggy black pants..go to a thrift store or any low price store and just buy pants that are bigger then your size..if your a guy & you want to "become punk" id suggest getting tight pants..theyre hotter on guys that way anyways..but yea try what i said..but dont go all gangster and get huge bagger pants..thats ugly and not "punk"..
for the studded belt..i got my black one at pacsun for 12.00$..and i got another black one and a green one at hottopic for 20.00$s each..so theyre not that expencive..
theres really no other places to get that kind of stuff other then pacsun, zumiez, & hottopic..you can try thrift stores they might have some..but yea thats what i got..

The best punk looks I've ever seen have been self-done. Get old clothes of yours, and make them into punk clothes yourself - it's time intensive, and you'll probably need help if you've never done anything like it before, but it can be either the cheapest method of all (or the most expensive, but that depends on you).
If you just want to buy your stuff, though, try a goodwill - they'll probably have at least a few punk things.
