there is this girl who i used to be friends with, and now she acts like she hates me. how do i make her realize that i still love her and wanna be friends like we used to be?

i have had a lot of experience with this one. this is what i did and what you should probably do too... ask her if you had done anything that made her mad, or that if you had hurt her feelings in any way. if she says no then maybe she just needed some space. if she says yes, find out exactly what you did and make sure that you apoligize. let her know that you didnt mean to hurt her and that you love being friends with her. she will appreciate that you cared enough about her to make sure the friendship was still there.
