ok...here's the deal. im an ok it girl. i wear a size 4. but i would like to have abs...ones that actually show. i would also like to tone up my thighs. any suggestions?...please! will rate high...

Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? dancergirl678 answered Friday July 8 2005, 11:23 pm: ok for totally killer abs this is what i do...my brother bought one of those big excersize balls, get on top on your back and do small crunches *i do 5 sets of 20*, then i use my ab roller *if you do them right, it works like a charm. i usually do 4 sets of 25, but every once in a while i'll do 8 sets* usually im all burned out, but sometimes i'll do bicycles crunches, 4 sets of 25
for thighs in our dance class we did 2 sets of 10 leg lifts, then 4 sets of bike kicks (do 10 bending and extending your leg as you're on your side. then do 10 *bike kicks are you leg extended straight by your other leg as you're on your side, bend at the knee, kick out *forward*, back to your knee bent, then straight again* (im bad at explaining things! sry!) hope i helped!
