Well your pubic hair protects you from germs and infections (Thats what I heard, I'm not quite sure if its true or not) Also when having sex it acts as a cushion. Anyways, shaving is your private area is almost like shaving your legs. Below are some good tips for shaving ..

1)Let your hair hydrate before shaving - it's a lot easier to cut when wet and supple.

2)Use shaving gel

3)For the cleanest shave, always shave in the opposite direction of hairgrowth.
