is ares illegal?

Does any one know if the program, Ares, is illegal? Thanks

Peer to Peer sharing programs are not yet illegal! (as far as I know.)
Lots of people want to be but they aren't yet.

Printers aren't illegal just cause you could print fake money. and P2P programs aren't illegal just because you could share music or software illegally. However if you do share stuff that is copy written (or print fake money) that is illegal!

They just haven't figured out what to do about it yet.

It's a P2P file sharing program,correct?If it is then I'm pretty sure that it's illegal.You shouldn't worry about it too much though.
