It's ok, I eat junkfood all the time, I just eat it in moderation. Become aware of what you eat, look on the back of all the boxes, and or packages and eat only a serving. Whatever you do be ok with the way you look, if you think you look hevey then look again your eyes can be deseving. Do not use the scale too much, it can damage you self asteme. If you are always hungry then pick up a hobby, swim, play spots, jog, anything that can get you moving. Whatever you do, do not let it take over your life, do not become Anorexic, it looks worse then a little husky. Go to your friends for suport, they are the best people to talk too if you know that they will lisson and have a helping hand. Do not compare yourself to those women on magazens, they are to skinny, be avrage, it's the best to be. Hope I helped and if I didn't I am realy sorry. Peace be with you
