ok i asked the ? about getting into shape. you told me to drop one in you inbox saying how my days go so here it is:
when i wake up i do my first set of crunches. i eat fruit for breakfast. throughout the whoel day i do multiple sets of exercises (not only crunches but stretches and push ups as well) for lunch i'll have a sandwich and for dinner i usually eat cereal or sumthing small. i might have a snack on some days but it will usually be more fruit. i dont no what im doing wrong but also my back hurts like crap everyday ever since i got into doing the crunches. which has been around a month now. i thought it would go away but it hasnt so far. any comments on anything im doing wrong?

Well...you said that you ate cerial 4 dinner? Ok...you need to eat 3 good, solid meals. And try not to have too many snacks. There is also sugar in fruit so mayb that can be causing something to go wrong. And about that back...your body might not b used to those crunches. I do crunches a lot just and i go on the stationary bike we have too. I do it to keep my adrenalin up...but my body wasnt so used to it at first. Stretch before you exercise and mayb that will help ova time. AsH! ]
