Weight

Question Posted Sunday July 3 2005, 9:30 pm

I'm VERY overweight and I cannot go on a diet for more than a day. I'm bigger than all my friends, and somtimes I cry because of it. I hate it! :(

Well, I would say don't go on a diet because you are bigger then all of your friends. Do it for yourself and your health. I would say, don't try a drastic diet. Just cut back on some foods and eat more veggies and fruit. And try to drink more water then soda. I know it's hard. It takes awhile to lose weight. However, it's not impossible. Just try to cut back on foods and excersice more. Take a walk, it's fun!!

Hope I helped some!
Love always,
Kerry
