UrMoMmA answered Sunday July 3 2005, 9:22 pm: ur hymen usually breaks because you have sex..its called popping your cherry..it also can break because of other things like horseback riding and stuff. Sex is suppose to break it so you can have sex even if it hasnt broken yet!
MummuM answered Sunday July 3 2005, 9:04 pm: A hymen is the thin piece of tissue that partially blocks the entrance to the vagina. It is sometimes called the cherry. When you have sex for the first time, your partner breaks the thin peice of tissue. You don't need to have sex to pop your cherry. It can be done by riding a bike or horse. You also don't need it to be popped to have sex. Some girls cherry's don't even pop, while others do. I guess it just depends on the person you are.

XoUkrainianBabeXo answered Sunday July 3 2005, 8:56 pm: Hymen-a thin mucous membrane that completely or partially covers the opening of the vagina
it is also refereed to as your 'cherry'.
It can be broken while playing sports or by sex, when it breaks and blood comes out. So basically you can have sex and get fingered but if it hasn't broken yet it would break and bleed at that time.
Hope that helps [ XoUkrainianBabeXo's advice column | Ask XoUkrainianBabeXo A Question ]
