Question Posted Sunday July 3 2005, 7:17 pm

Hello, I was just wondering, does masturbating had any health effects to it?

Well, it releases endorphins (your body's own go-get-happy drug) which is an obvious positive, plus it can reduce stress and tensions. So it has positive health effects, which answers your question but probably not in the way you were expecting- I dont think masturbation has any negative side affects.

No its healthy but depending on you sex if you are a female/male, girls usually use sex toys and boys rub on their penises to get to an orgasm. just dont use anything crazy to hurt yourself if you do use something such as sex toys.Just dont over do it.♥ Kate
