A lot of times my back hurts when I'm sitting in one position for just a couple of minutes. And I don't know what it is! Does anybody have any suggestions as to what this pain is? I rate high.
LanaBabie answered Friday July 1 2005, 3:43 am: sometimes its an injury, sometimes you just aren't treating your body right. Try sitting up straight. If that doesn't work, you might want to check it out with a doctor, just to make sure its nothing, or if it is something. Good Luck. <3 Lana [ LanaBabie's advice column | Ask LanaBabie A Question ]
BurnieMac answered Friday July 1 2005, 3:36 am: I've heard of this before. It can be from anything, injury or not. The situtations I heard of it turned out to be, get this, a tailbone misalignment. You may have to get that adjusted my friend. I've heard after it gets corrected, the pain goes away, and the relief is almost instant. I hope I helped.
