Depending on how you'Re feeling at the moment, I would say a nice cold showeR to cool you down, and bRing some RefReshment to youR body would be a mighty fine idea. OR.. you could always take a long bath, and just soak it up and lay theRe awhile. If you have bubbles.. go cRazy, just take it easy, dRink a lot of wateR and sleep it off, my fRiend.
Feel betteR! ♥

Hey

Awww i'm sorry babe.

I hate that feeling. I know it feels like a hangover but its really just because you had a bad night, and didnt get much sleep. I feel like that today myself, i couldnt fall asleep for some reason.
This is what helped me hopefully it will help you

First i took a nice COLD shower
That wakes your body up but after you get out you may still feel all ahh so drink some COLD water.

If you can take a nice walk outside. Or a run would be better. Also take some advil or some kind of pill for your head.

If that doesnt work just take a nice bubble bath
or just take a nice nap!

Hope i helped

Well...one quick fix is to drink coffee or tea, if you like either one of those. Or eating an apple supposedly gives you quick energy too, and it's supposed to last even longer than if you drink a cup of coffee.

Or you could go take a shower (cold or hot). Showers always wake me up.

And um...I think that's all I've got.

Hope one of those suggestions can help ya' out.

I pretty much did the same thing last night. The best thing you can do for now is get some fruit, watch a funny movie, and rest a bit. Going for a walk helps too. Be sure to drink A LOT of water because it's summer. Hope I was able to help! Feel better!
