Well, when you diet you NEED to follow these steps;
* Drink water, all the time. That should automatically 5 lbs off of you in 2 weeks or so.
* Exercise regularly, everyday. Walking, Jogging, or just doing some kind of exercising like Taebo - Pilates - Yoga.
* Eat three meals a day, no matter what. You can't skip a meal because it'll make you even more hungrier in the day and you'll eat more.
* Don't snack, treat yourself once a week or so to a soda or a bag of chips.
* It takes your brain 15 minutes to realize that you're full, so you have to eat slower then what you usually do, because it's simple to overeat.
* Don't throw up or just not eat, because in the long run, you can just gain a lot more back.
Good luck! If you have any questions about dieting or something just ask me, I'm an expert hah =D

To get good results jump rope 15-20 minutes a day, at least 3 days per week. Then you have to continue to make sure you maintain it. But you see results an hour after you excercise.
Trevor-Wolf answered Tuesday June 28 2005, 11:45 pm: The best exercise they say is walking. I also suggest swimming, because swimming works all the muscles and parts of your body. Also, as far as dieting goes, the SOUTH BEACH DIET I think is the best for teens and young adults. It consists of eating lots of vegetables and meats, but cutting out fruits and breads for the first 2 week. With this you should lose about 8-13lbs (average). Look it up more online, or IM me on AIM @ AskTrevorWolf for more information. Hope I helped! RatE!
