internet connection problem
I have Netzero Internet and I've been trying to log on it with my labtop for the past few days and it won't work. It says I have a error 500 which is an "internal authentication error"..I don't know what to do because the computer I'm on right now to write this question is so freakishly SLOW..and it keeps freezing..so does any one know what to do? ...Here is what it says..
"There may be a problem with your network configuration or a new incompatibility between your modem and upgraded modems on the acces number you are using."...Someone PLEASE help me..

The first thing I would do is make sure your modem drivers are up to date and working properly. If you know for a fact that the modem is working then I would call the internet provider (NetZero) and ask them to help you. It may be that it's a problem on their end.

Maybe have a virus or gotten way many memories on your compture, maybe you go somewhere someone check it out, i just got my and i know that can't put up lot of memmories on it. plus its storming and maybe it just mess internect up.
