Fitness questions

Question Posted Tuesday June 28 2005, 2:33 pm

I have a tiny pudge and I'm not really fat I just want to look good in a swimsuit and lose the pudge. I only weigh about 100 and I'm 5'2" so I'm not fat. I also play volleyball and I want to keep my legs in shape for when volleyball starts up again. So what are some exercises and ways i can keep my legs in shape and lose the pudge. I rate high.

Run/jog/walk/bike ride for an hour each day, or 5 hours each week. And I don't mean "I walked to neighbor's house, that took about 1 minute for round trip..." I mean go to it in at least 30 minutes at a time.

If that bores you, you can try a large trampoline (which will do more for your whole body) or a dance game like DDR (again, helps the whole body, but only as you improve).

That reminds me... I need to exercise more... ^.~
