cardboard answered Sunday June 26 2005, 5:07 pm: ok, ive done this!! except mine was in a spray and i sprayed it, missed and i wondered where it had gone, in the day when i checked my curtains, bright orange where the sun had reacted with it.
man i was in trouble for that... anyways..
washing up liquid, like fairy liquid, i found that worked a treat, jus scrub it in, leave it, and rinse, should be fine, also, those lotions with little sand bits in. thing is when you put fake tan on, and you go out in the sun, because your skin is darker, it gets tanned quicker, so your moms skin isnt gonna go back to before, she probably has quite a deep tan naturally by now.

I'm guessing here, but you might try a little vinegar or alcohol. Maybe peroxide. But try it on a patch of skin that won't be visible in case it makes it look worse. [ mushoku's advice column | Ask mushoku A Question ]
