How do you get music and background pictures of your edvice column?

Perhaps you have an advice column, but if you want to post pictures and music, you must find an Edvice column place. Is that sorta like an E-vice column? You know, E-zine... I don't get it.

For music, go to my column and click on Sheree. Find the song you want and copy the code in that little box. Paste it into column settings in that little box where you write your autobiography.
For a picture go to profile settings and click browse where it says, upload a picture of you. Find the pic you want and copy the URL.
