bad cramps

Hi, I get really bad cramps and midol nor pampron was working, what other things can I do to get ride of my cramps? There always really bad!

Try stretching, it sounds weird but honestly, try it. Stand up and try and reach your hands up as far as you can. If that doesn't help, take a warm bath and get a hot water bottle, heat pad or heat cushion and place that over your stomach. Drink a soothing drink like hot chocolate, that should help. If none of these ideas work then make an appointment to see your doctor and ask if he/she can prescribe you with something stronger than over the counter painkillers.
