Basically, you just need to give the girl you like some space, but not too much. Show her that you care but not constantly remind her because typically that means you really dont. Talk to your ex girlfriend calmly and let her know shes giving you some problems and try to talk it out with her. But ex's are always crazy so i doubt that will work, but give it a try. Talk it out with the girl you like to, dont just tell her you wont fuck her over, but make it clear that you wouldnt, and then make sure you dont.
