The employer is overseas and unlikely to be able to check employment history as good as people here.
I heard there is a book called ( how to steal a job ) by Eden Press that tells how to create past three years of busy employment .
Did you read it.
I have gap of work experience out of my hand but I have good experience before that overseas.
So I don't see why some overseas employers insist on US work experience.
Do you have second thoughts?

MFS answered Thursday June 23 2005, 8:59 pm: I personally have problems with that. It is unethical and while it may seem like it is merely a way to increase your odds of getting a job, you'll have to sustain a lie of talking about a job you never had and keeping it consistent. Is that really worth it? I mean, if you eventually slip up in your story and someone catches is, or someone realizes that the experience they though you had simply doesn't exist... you don't think that there will be rammifications for that? You'd certainly lose your job.
As for overseas employers wanting US work experience? Well, it is because, like it or not, the US is viewed as the leaders of the business world, so to have worked here says that you've experienced the magic of powerful US companies, etc etc etc. Yeah, it isn't great, but that is why some of those companies do what they do.
