CheerUpEmoKids answered Friday June 24 2005, 1:54 pm: plan out your meals for the day, make sure you have very few things of fats, oils, and sweets. I'd say eat the most (or only) fattening thing for that day, in the morning, so you can burn the fat during the day. Drink a LOT of water.
Go on daily walks or runs (20 to 30 mins). You'd be amazed at how healthy you will stay.
If your too buisy for a full workout, do crunches (about 30-50) and/or push ups (10-15) I'm trying to keep my current weight myself, and trust me, what I've been doing is helping a lot.
OH! and never eat anything a half hour before you go to sleep, because the food gets stored as fat because you aren't burning it by being active.
mysterycocomix answered Thursday June 23 2005, 12:19 pm: Your best bet it to eat health and exercise every other day. If you exercise every day, you will stretch your muscles too much and be very sore. On the days you don't exercise, take a long soothing walk when you are tired. Either in the morning or at night. The most effective diet is not a diet at all. You just need to follow the food chain and eat sparingly. If you see you are gaining wait but are losing sizes, it's because your muscles are growing but you are getting slimer because of all the exercise.
Hope I helped.
