i bought these nail tips and nail glue and i wanna try to put the tips on myself. has anyone tried this before? is it safe to do at home?

charmed-cherry21 answered Sunday June 19 2005, 5:34 pm: I have done it before. It is safe. However it doesn't look as nice as professional because it's bumpy where the tip meets the nail.

_eMiLy answered Sunday June 19 2005, 5:07 pm: It's perfectly safe to put them on on your own, at home. I've done it loads of times.
Make sure they're straight because if you screw up they don't come off easily.
If you don't like them after and wanna take them off put your fingers in warm water and it should soften the glue helping them come off easier (or at least that's what I've heard, I can't say I've ever tryed it)
