How can I jazz up my resume by creating a fake work experience .
i want to apply to a job overseas in Public Health.
I have a gap of 3 years after I got MPH degree in US

Creating a fake work experience won't work. Most employers check those things, and when tehy find out that you are dishonest you're chances of ever working there will be ruined.

well if you lie, they will catch you. and if they catch you, i doubt you'll get a job again. they will get sources to make sure its true by the way. just dont tell them what you did in those 3 years unless they ask. <3

If you create a fake work experience, you most likely will get caught. I've known people who have tried that in the past and it always comes back to bite them in the ass.
