My friend started flirting w/ the guy she knew i liked the other day!!! She doesnt realize this and he got mad at me for something else so i've already lost one friend and i know i need to talk to her too but idk how to do it w/o her getting mad at me bc i dont wanna loose her friendship too! And then I'd have to face the both of them together at school next yr! What should i do?

I think you should tell your friend how you feel. If she knew you liked this guy, she shouldnt have flirted with him in the first place. Your friendship should be more important than this guy. If your friend doesnt feel this way, i would say shes not a very good friend. And i think you should try to ask this guy why hes mad at you. Try to fix it, whatever it is. Say your sorry, and just be friends again.
