sleep walking

Is there anyway to stop sleeping walking or talking. Cause il be in bed one miniute and il wake up and find myself in another room. one time i was outside ma house in ma boxer shorts how embarrasin ay? so is there anyway that ya can stop it from happening?

try taking medication if that doesn't work just strap yourself to your bed with duct tape then of course someone will have to tape you and untape you
