Well what it sounds like is a sist
my sister has had a sist down there before and it can get really serious so you should tell your parents you might half to go to the doctors
I hope this helps ]
it could very easily be acne, especially since this is the first time you've noticed a red bump popping up before, and haven't had any sexual contact. however, herpes can be genetic (i don't know very much in this area, except that i had a friend a few years ago who was born with herpes, i'm sure google has much more information on that than i do) so i can't rule it out as a possibility. however, i'm fairly certain its just a pimple, but for confirmation, go see your gyno (or since you seem young, ask your mom to take you to her gyno for a check up). hope i helped <3 ]
genital herpes is an STD (SEXUALLY transmitted disease) so you may not necessarily have had to had intercourse but you had to be having oral or anal sex to get genital herpes. so if you havent done anything of that kind, then its most likely not herpes...
it could be a wart. keep an eye on it and if it doesnt go away in about a week or two, then i would suggest consulting a doctor about your concerns. theres also special cream in the meantime that you can get at cvs or eckards.
good luck & hope i helped- :) ]
