push ups!

Question Posted Monday June 13 2005, 10:05 pm

i weight about 195, i was wondering if i do pushups for 3 sets of 20, would that be better then 3 sets of bench pressing with 140 weights. cuz i heard its better bc the push ups builds muscle bc i'm heavy and it tones muscle bc i'm doing alot. thanks

Well i think you need to do a lot more pushups than that to quit benching! Pushups really do work though! So try both!
