but i can say, eat 3 decent meals a day or 5 smaller meals a day, make sure that you dont drink too much coffee or soda, drink water when you are hungry, its more healthy, and sometimes it satisfies or lessens your hunger. eat in portions, take a hand full of what ever it is that you want to eat, and put it in a bowl, then put the rest away, and eat the portion that you have. :) if you want to exercize, walk around your neighbor hood in the mornings, and make sure you bring a cell phone or someone with you, because you want to be safe. also, it is best to exercize in the morning, because it helps to wake you up, and it is most likely going to be cooler. also, dont exercize at night because exercizing wakes you up, also, dont eat at night either, like before you go to bed, because that will keep you from getting a good night sleep, and that is bad.
