ok so now i ken do mi back-hand-spring;mi frend tot me; so i was goin to practice it o mi nabors tramp. but for sum reason i keep addin likie a little bounce jump to itand end up doin a back- tuck.uuuuuuu. now i cant do b.h.s. cuz i keep addin a bounce to it. is there any way to like help not do that? is kinda a hard ? but if u ken anser it id be reely happy!!! thx,

when your about to go your back hand spring....just think...you want to flip back and land on your feet. not tuck your feet under you. try to not add the bounce and think more about putting your feet straight out behind you. that should help! :-)
