if someone says theyre thinkin of you, does that mean they like you??

Of course that means that they like you and quite possibly like you a lot. It is a pleasant feeling to start to like someone and have them on your mind all the time. It puts a smile on your face. So if you are pleased that this person is thinking of you, then be nice to them, and they will think even more of you.
