Well, you can start by learning proper grammar and punctuation. Lets try to re-build this question so I can answer it...

My mom pays more attention to my cousin than she does to me, and I would like a bit more attention. How can I get this attention without seeming jealous.

The answer: You can't. You are jealous, so just tell her that. She won't disown you because you are jealous, although that would be funny.

Just tell her. You have to let her now how you feel your not being jealous just left out. Dont be whiny about it just tell her straight up. I know how you feel i have an 8 yr old cuz who is always taking my place at home. I told my mom how i felt and she understood. Hope it works out.
