They dont do nothin crazy like that! But if your parents wanted to know if you had sex all they would have to do is like go to the docotors but its not 100% tru cause like for example if you use tampons theres like a lil piece of skin thats torn or somethin if you have sex or whatever and sometimes it can get like torn or something if you use tampons so they will never know all you would have to say is you use tampons and you will be fyne!

If they ask you about your sexual history, well, you don't have to tell them the truth I guess. And they probably will ask you. Lying isn't really in your best interest.
