Umm...sure...

Well the girl takes off her pants, or the guy can reach down her pants if he wants to...and all he does is put his finger in and around her vagina and play with her clit a bit...

A clit is a womans Clitoris - its the part of her that gives her sexual pleasure. And No, the man doesn't put the womans fingers in her own vagina.
