Your questions are HUGE. So forgive me if I don't cover...everything. I don't have a rock hard answer, no one does for this. But I'll give you a piece of my mind. lol.

You can find real friends anywhere. School, clubs, sports, library, etc. You can find people everywhere. And where there are people, you have a chance to be their friend. The difficult part is finding a TRUE friend.

I think tons of people are afraid to trust. That's not a bad thing. Not that great either, but it's not a bad thing because then you won't throw around your trust like a Christmas Card. The best you can do is give people a chance. Don't let down all of your guard, but at least give them a chance to gain your trust slowly.

How do you know if you can be trusted? Well only you know that. It's up to you whether you are a trustworthy person or not. Your actions will determine that. But the good thing is, you can control your actions.

How do you know if you're okay? That's a huge question. Okay as in mentally or physically or what? Trust me, you'll know whether you're okay or not. And if you have doubts, ask for help. No one's perfect and no one expects you to go through problems alone.

That's basically all I can say to you. If you want specific answers, ask specific questions next time.
