hey does anyone know a good work out to get me a 6 pack and really strong arms pretty quick? even if it's not quick tell me a good workout. and PLEASE, don't say like just do situps and pushups, tell me a different way to get stronger. i rate high!
Neversaydie033 answered Tuesday May 31 2005, 4:30 pm: well i go to the gym every other day and do 8 sets of 6 on bench and incline then i go home and do 40 individuals with normal weights with different exsercised then 35 then 30, 25 then 2 sets of 20 after that i run a mile then i do continuos abs wich is start of doing 25 normal crunches then but ur right foot on your left knee and do another 25 then 25 of your right leg straight up in the air then 25 of your right foot about 6 inches above the ground then repeat same thing except with your left side then do 5 of each then 10 of each and remember this is continuous abs you cant stop if you dont get it ask me more and ill explain better

Xx_Hottie_xX answered Tuesday May 31 2005, 4:03 pm: hey i think i have an answer to your problem if you have a pool .. get in the pool and put your legs over the side and do sit up but when you go down .. put your back aginst the wall .. and if you have a diving board do pull ups .. i know you said no sit up and pull ups but this works better .. the water pulls you down!
