hey does anyone know a good work out to get me a 6 pack and really strong arms pretty quick? even if it's not quick tell me a good workout. and PLEASE, don't say like just do situps and pushups, tell me a different way to get stronger. i rate high! (link)
hey i think i have an answer to your problem if you have a pool .. get in the pool and put your legs over the side and do sit up but when you go down .. put your back aginst the wall .. and if you have a diving board do pull ups .. i know you said no sit up and pull ups but this works better .. the water pulls you down!
