no1believesme answered Monday May 30 2005, 8:09 pm: losing weight takes time. try not to just limit what your eating, like a low carb diet dont do that. just have balnced meals.. and take up a sport swiming is a good way, just remeber you are not going to lose weight over night. it takes time..
Hope I could help

I toke this advice form my friend and lost 10 lbs in two weeks. this is a really esy diet and helps you get healthy and in shape [ xxfilmingfrenzyxx's advice column | Ask xxfilmingfrenzyxx A Question ]
Michele answered Monday May 30 2005, 6:37 pm: I think you have to give it a little more time. Keep it up don't get discourage. You must feel better too, don't you. Do you have more energy. And how about reading the nutition labels on everything that you do eat. Read the fat grams. Try to stay between 10 & 15 grams of fat a day, no more. Salads are great, but dressing can be high in fat. And it great that you are not drinking soda. It has 12 teaspoons of sugar in it, I am not sure about gatorade, but maybe you should compare the grams of sugar in soda and gatorade, maybe there is no difference, and you need to cut that out too. Good luck
