Vassalisa answered Saturday May 28 2005, 8:20 pm: A BAD way to get a guys attention is to make yourself seem TOO available or desperate. Not only does that make guys think you arent worth working for, but with the really bad ones, they may take advantage of the fact that they can sense you are lonely.
I think most guys like girls who are reasonably confident and who make them feel good. I'm sure you're a friendly person, and everyone responds well to warmth. Other than that, you can obviously do everything you can to enhance your appearance, but it sounds like that isnt a problem! Try cultivating some interests that are a little off the beaten path. It will give you some good conversation starters! [ Vassalisa's advice column | Ask Vassalisa A Question ]

VanityScore answered Saturday May 28 2005, 7:53 pm: Guys like courage. At least, that's what I've learned. I just call myself a coward until finally I get up enough guts to talk to them... but that might not be the best method. If you're too shy to even talk to a guy.. there are some ways to get his attention. Like, try and catch his eye, then when you do, give him a smile, or blush.. make a comment to a friend loud enough so he can hear it (about something that he's interested in).. if he's not too shy, he might say that he likes it too.
